Refunds and returns.

1. general provisions

1.1 These refund and return conditions apply to all digital products sold via our online store.

1.2 Customers are consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB if they conclude the legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. refund and return of digital products

2.1 As our products are provided exclusively in digital form, returns in the conventional sense are not possible.

2.2 A refund may be requested under the following circumstances:

  • The product has technical defects that cannot be rectified.
  • The product does not match the description in the online store.
  • Access to purchased digital content has not been provided or is not working.

3. procedure for requesting a refund

3.1 To request a refund, the customer must send a written request by email to office@onlinemarketing.one within 14 days of the purchase. The request should include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Purchase date
  • Detailed description of the problem (with screenshots if necessary)

3.2 Upon receipt of the request, the seller will review the case and provide feedback within 14 days.

3.3 If the refund request is justified, the refund will be made to the customer’s original means of payment within 14 days of confirmation by the seller.

4. exclusion of the right of withdrawal

4.1 The statutory right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with Section 356 (5) BGB if the seller has commenced performance of the contract after the customer has expressly consented to the seller commencing performance of the contract before expiry of the withdrawal period and the customer has confirmed his knowledge that he loses his right of withdrawal by consenting to the commencement of performance of the contract.

4.2 There is no right of revocation for entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB who are acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding the legal transaction.

5 Liability and warranty

5.1 The statutory warranty rights shall apply.

5.2 The Seller shall be liable without limitation only for intent and gross negligence.

5.3 The seller shall only be liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the customer may regularly rely. In this case, the Seller’s liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

5.4 The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the digital products or by failure to follow the instructions for use.
